TMI Alumni Annual Modified Sporting Clay Shoot 2015

The 15th Annual TMI Alumni Modified Sporting Clay Shoot was held Sept. 25, 2014, at the San Antonio Gun Club. There were 64 shooters, competing in teams or as individuals, representing alumni, parents and friends of TMI.
 
The Class of 1988 Team of Jeff Vineyard ’88, Kenner Coon ’88,March Kimmel ’88, and Johnny Neese ’06 took first place among teams. Second place went to the Red McCombs Automotive Team of Greg Striker ’93, Patrick ChristillesPat Murphy and Charlie Scott; and third place went to the Lemmons-Neese Team, Billy LemmonsKyle GibsonTio Newton and David WallaceJohn Kane ’93 won first place, individual shooter, for the second year in a row; second place went to Cadet Michael Galo III ’17; and Pat Murphy won third.
The clay shoot supports the TMI Alumni Endowed Scholarship, a merit award for incoming or current students who are close relatives of TMI alumni. The recipient for the 2015-2016 school year is Nathan Romo ’18, brother of Spencer Romo ’11.
