2019-2020
- SWIMMING: Freshman Meredith Holcomb placed first at the TAPPS Division II state swim meet in both her events, the 200 Individual Medley and the 100 breaststroke, and broke the division records, for which she was named Swimmer of the Meet. The relay team of Victor Alejos ’20, Nico Ituarte ’20, and freshmen Ryan Shields and George Welch took first in the 200 Free Relay.
- GOLF: Delaney Martin ’20 bested 250 other young golfers from around the state to be named 2020 Texas Junior Golf Tour Player of the Year.
- SOCCER: TMI boys varsity soccer team won a back-to-back TAPPS Division II State Championship, their third in four years. Four players were named to the All-State honor team: Diego Ampudia ’20, Joseph Kuri ’20, Santiago Vigil ’20 and Patricio Parra ’21.
- COLLEGE SIGNINGS: Three TMI student athletes from the class of 2020 were signed to play college sports: Zach Addkison, baseball, at Marshall University; Joseph Kuri, soccer, at Trinity University; and Delaney Martin, golf, at the University of Houston.
