TMI musician earns top honors

Jordan Bell, a junior at TMI Episcopal, earned a Superior rating and a gold medal at the TAPPS String Championships, held March 28 at St. Mary’s University.
She played a harp solo, Pachelbel’s Canon in D, in the solo meet. Bell, who also earned a gold medal in last year’s championships, began her harp studies in 2013 with Alice Spero Keene, an independent harpist who has taught at the university level and performed with orchestras and other ensembles all over the United States.

At TMI, Bell is a member of the National Honor Society and plays on the varsity softball team.
MISSION: TMI provides an exceptional education with values based on the teachings of Jesus Christ that challenge motivated students to develop their full potential in service and leadership.
