Senior Robby Devlin places first in triathlon

Rising senior Robby Devlin places first in the under 35 category at the XTERRA Magnolia Hill Off-Road Triathlon.
Robby Devlin, a senior at TMI – The Episcopal School of Texas, earned first place among all competitors under age 35 and fourth overall at the XTERRA Magnolia Hill Off-Road Triathlon, held July 15.

Athletes from across the region compete in open-water swimming, mountain biking and trail running for this annual event at the Magnolia Hill Ranch.

At TMI, Devlin is an Alkek Scholar, one of two recipients in each Upper School class of a four-year, full-tuition merit scholarship for students of outstanding academic accomplishment and leadership potential. He is a member of the varsity swim and cross-country teams and is a founder of the school’s mountain-bike club and also rides competitively for the San Antonio Composite High School Mountain Bike Team.
