After-school Math, English, and Science Study Labs

After-school Math, English, and Science Study Labs begin September 13 in Coates Hall from 3:45-5:00 p.m, Mon.-Thurs.; the cost is $15 per day. Fliers are posted around Coates Hall with locations.

Students not academically deficient, who chose to utilize the labs, will be charged $15 per day. Billing will occur on a monthly basis from the Business Office.

As stated in the parent /student handbook (download in the onCampus Resources section), grades are checked at mid-quarter and at the end of each quarter/semester. After each grade check, if any student is found to be academically deficient (2 D's or 1 F), it will be mandatory for him/her to attend the labs each day for one hour. If they are involved in sports or any extracurricular activities, they may attend practices/rehearsals after their time in the lab is complete. Grades will be checked for those students on the deficient list weekly.

Those who are required to be in the labs will not be charged for the first 2 weeks. After the 2 week time frame, lab charges ($15/day) will begin in the event your student is still academically deficient. Billing will occur on a monthly basis from the Business Office.
