Zachary Addkison, TMI Episcopal Class of 2020
Pitcher, Marshall University baseball (Division 1), Class of 2024

"Playing at TMI helped give me a competitive mentality, and that has proven to be one of my greatest strengths here at Marshall...Each day I have a full schedule, starting with a morning workout, classes, then practice in the afternoon. TMI did a really good job of helping me become better at managing my time and because of this, I have been able to excel at baseball and in the classroom...I believe the biggest takeaway from the coaches at TMI, especially [Head Baseball] Coach [Patrick] Davis, was teaching me that you play for the name across your chest – for your teammates, not yourself. Those wise words have continued to be true at the next level. They have helped me become a better player and a better teammate at Marshall. Thanks to Coach Davis, who has coached me since I was 10 years old, I am a D1 pitcher at Marshall University."

Keith Rupe, TMI Episcopal Class of 2018
Southwestern Track and Field, Class of 2022

"The greatest lesson that TMI soccer has taught me is to lead by example. If you set the example for what your team should be, if you put in the time, if you put in the work, and if you are passionate about what you do, others will notice and begin to follow suit. That's how you build a team, that's how you win games, and that's how you win championships."

Robby Devlin, TMI Episcopal Class of 2018
USAFA, Class of 2022

"My four years at TMI provided unparalleled opportunity for leadership development and growth. Amazing faculty members and coaches knew me, loved me, and pushed me. The intellectual, physical, and spiritual formation that I received at TMI has created a path for me to lead and serve others."

Elizabeth Holmes, TMI Episcopal Class of 2017
Harvard Swim, Class of 2021

"TMI Athletics provided the cornerstone for my growth as both an athlete and a leader. Stephanie Barnes, TMI’s phenomenal swim coach, provided me not only with excellent technical instruction in the pool but with advice, love, and guidance in all aspects of life. She truly cares for her athletes as people and is still someone I count on, trust, and respect even after my career as a TMI athlete came to a close. Additionally, the opportunities I was blessed with to captain both the swim team and cross country team allowed me to develop skills that have been essential to a successful college athletic career. Captaining the TMI Panthers remains to be some of my fondest memories, and I cherish the friendships, relationships, skills, and discipline that TMI Athletics allowed me to develop."

LeSean Brown, TMI Episcopal Class of 2016
USAFA Basketball, Class of 2020

"TMI definitely prepared me for the rigors I have faced as a division I athlete at the Air Force Academy. The skills, discipline, and knowledge that I acquired at TMI through academics and athletics have helped me be successful in my college career, and I would not be where I am today without them. Above all else, I know that I always have the TMI community supporting me along the way, and I am very grateful for that."

Cole Solis, TMI Episcopal Class of 2014
University of the Incarnate Word Golf, Class of 2018

"TMI Athletics gave me the opportunity to grow as an athlete, and gave me the support I needed to realize my dream of playing at the collegiate level. My coaches and mentors helped me establish a strong work ethic, belief in my abilities, and gave me the leadership skills necessary to captain the TMI golf team. The transition to being a college athlete was made easier by the lessons that I learned while at TMI. I will always be grateful for the countless memories and relationships that I made while being a TMI athlete."
