TMI NHS hosts gingerbread house decorating contest

TMI NHS hosted a school-wide gingerbread house decorating contest on Saturday, December 15! The event raised money for the Christmas Spirit Foundation's Trees for Troops charity, an organization that sends Christmas trees to troops overseas and to military families stationed around the United States.
Students and faculty participated in the festive event for a good cause and helped raise $300 to send trees to our troops. Everybody who participated rose to the occasion and created some awesome houses!

Winners:
1st place: The Silky Ducks (Priya Pine, Olivia Kurth, and Anna Halim)
2nd Place: French Fries (Gavin and Tristan Freiler)
3rd Place: Mega Christian Deluxe (Abby Muir, Molly Dauer, Devin Khemalaap, and Kyle Gonzales)

Honorable Mentions:
Most Festive: So Much Molasses: the Ginger Slum (Fr. Nate Bostian, Mr. Brian Palandri, Ms. Sherry Lim, and Mr. Daniel Mesa)
Most Creative: Team Can't Commit to a Single Idea: Gingerbread Hot Mess Oven (Owen Bruhn and Flint Rose)
Most Adorable: French Fries (Gavin and Tristan Freiler)
