Devlin, Holmes and members of the two first-place boys relay teams also were named to the all-state honor team.

“Their team spirit is noticed and envied by other teams, coaches, officials and parents,” said TMI Head Swim Coach Stephanie Barnes. “What they see as extraordinary, we see as the TMI way. This state meet was the most exciting, enjoyable and proud moment of my entire career.”
