Every year, a new theme. Every theme, part of our story.
Every year at TMI Episcopal, a theme is chosen to help guide our community through the school year. These themes give us a shared language for reflection, conversation, connection and growth—and invite every member of the TMI community to consider how they can live out the theme in their own way.
A theme doesn't end when the school year does.
Each year's theme becomes part of the story of TMI. As we welcome a new theme, we carry the lessons, experiences and connections of those that came before it. Together, they create a collection of ideas that continue to shape who we are and how we live out our mission.

A TMI Tradition
In 2017, Fr. Scott introduced the tradition of annual school themes to TMI when he joined the school as Head of School. Since then, each year's theme has given our community a shared idea to reflect on and carry throughout the school year.
