TMI honors five retiring faculty and staff members whose combined years of service have left a lasting impact on generations of students and families.

We extend our sincere gratitude and congratulations to Bob Ridewood, Lisa Condrey, Diane Alexander, Kate Faulk, and Clive Hamilton, who retired at the conclusion of the 2025–2026 school year. Through their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to TMI's mission, each has helped shape our school community in meaningful ways. While their daily presence on campus will be missed, their legacy will continue through the countless lives they have touched.

Bob Ridewood served TMI for 27 years as a history teacher. Throughout his years at TMI, he shared his passion for history, encouraged intellectual curiosity, and helped generations of students develop a deeper understanding of the past. In addition to teaching, Mr. Ridewood previously served as Head of Upper School and Dean of Faculty.

Lisa Condrey dedicated 21 years to TMI as a school counselor. Throughout her years at TMI, she provided guidance, encouragement, and compassionate support to students and families, helping them navigate both challenges and milestones. In addition to her role as a counselor, Ms. Condrey also taught AP Psychology during her tenure at TMI.

Clive Hamilton served TMI for 18 years as both a science and math teacher. Throughout his years at TMI, he inspired students through engaging classroom instruction and a steadfast commitment to their academic growth. In addition to teaching, Mr. Hamilton previously served as Director of Residential Life.

Diane Alexander devoted 12 years to TMI as a member of the College Counseling Office and the AP/PSAT Coordinator. Throughout her years at TMI, she supported students, families, and colleagues with dedication and care, helping guide students through the college admission process.

Kate Faulk served TMI for 11 years as Science Department Chair and a science teacher. Throughout her years at TMI, she inspired curiosity, fostered scientific discovery, and encouraged students to pursue a deeper understanding of the world around them.

On behalf of the entire TMI community, we thank Bob, Lisa, Clive, Diane, and Kate for their years of faithful service and wish them every happiness and blessing in retirement.
